Conference Oversight Committee

The Conference Oversight Committee provides general oversight of conference finances, reviews and approves all contracts, approves conference budget, approves all unbudgeted payments and overruns for the conference, approves and manages website or application used for conference fees and registration, and develops and ensures processes are in place to reduce AZADV liability and loss.

Nomination Committee

The Nomination Committee considers the qualifications of all applicants and creates a slate of candidates for the annual election of the executive board.
