To sign up as a new member or to renew your membership using PayPal, please select the correct choices from the drop-down menus below and click the “Buy Now” button. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.
PayPal will collect your name, address and credit card information, but AZADV does need a few other items to process your membership. If you don’t want to pay online, you can also mail a check.
Select Buy Now to confirm the payment through PayPal. If you do not select the correct options, you may be charged an amount different than intended.
