The Bylaws Committee reviews proposed amendments to the bylaws, edits for composition, and prints the proposed amendments, with recommendations, for publication in the newsletter at least 60 days prior to the annual conference.

Conference Advisory Committee

The Conference Advisory Committee recruits and works with conference hosts.

Conference Oversight Committee

Provides general oversight of conference finances, reviews and approves all contracts, approves conference budget, approves all unbudgeted payments and overruns for the conference, approves and manages website or application used for conference fees and registration, and develops and ensures processes are in place to reduce AZADV liability and loss.

Nomination Committee

The Nomination Committee considers the qualifications of all applicants and creates a slate of candidates for the annual election of the executive board. The Committee submits a report, including summaries about the slated candidates, for publication in the newsletter at least 60 days prior to the annual conference.

Marketing and Communications Committee

The Marketing and Communications Committee publicizes the aims, objectives, and purposes of AZADV. The Committee recruits new members and manages the reciprocal membership benefits.

Social Media SubCommittee

The Social Media Committee monitors the AZADV Facebook group on a frequent, continuing basis ensuring that postings are in compliance with the AZADV Publication Guidelines.
